The Challenge

Mallinckrodt needed a scalable, modular platform that could present scientific and sales content in a format tailored to both medical congresses and field use. The experience had to balance visual storytelling with regulatory compliance, ensuring that critical resources like the Important Safety Information (ISI) and Prescribing Information (PI) were accessible at any point in the interactive. At the same time, the solution had to integrate seamlessly with creative assets developed by Mallinckrodt’s agency of record, Fingerpaint, and support advanced data capture and follow-up tracking—all without overwhelming users in high-traffic exhibit environments.

The Solution

2Pixels collaborated closely with Fingerpaint to create a visually cohesive and content-rich experience. The centerpiece was an Interactive Visual Aid, supported by an embedded MOA animation and a searchable Sales Directory. To connect engagement with outcomes, we also integrated a badge scanning system that tracked user behavior, captured follow-up requests, and generated detailed post-show reports for internal teams. The result was a tool that worked on the show floor and beyond—blending education, sales support, and measurable impact.
